Noticeable more power very nice very good

This customer who owns the Monkey 125 wanted to add a different filter kit to their bike and had seen good reviews for the Kitaco one available for their bike. The correct filter kit was not too difficult to track down but be careful you know the right one. Having got the right one for this model I placed the order. The price was a lot better than I imagined it to be when you compare to other big branded or OEM filter kits. With some other parts I needed I got them all shipped at the same time and then they would all arrive when I needed them. EMS is my favourite courier and they got my order to me in 5 days from being shipped. You cannot really beat that from Japan to the UK. The filter kit was well packaged and although it did come on a cardboard backed packet, Webike added a lot of packaging to make it safe during transit. The filter kit itself is a very comprehensive kit with literally everything you need to fit. It even comes complete with the intake air temperature sensor extension harness so you can fit it straight out of the box. There really is nothing hard about fitting this kit and the instructions if you do need them are comprehensive. The parts are very well made and even the foam cover is nicely manufactured. The 2 hose clamps are well finished and the quality is excellent. I honestly could not be happier with this kit for the Monkey 125. Easy to fit, no issues with the quality and the price is perfect too. Nice one Kitaco.

About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the materials used are a reinforced silcone hose, aluminum coupler and brackets, stainless steel hose clamps and a honeycomb-shaped polyurethane foam filter.About the feeling of use, The filter kit is tiny compared to the original air filter setup and overall looks better with an incredible intake sound that is generated from the little motor.Products to buy together, While looks and sound are improved over the original setup the ability to use the bike in all types of weather is not. Either adding a water proof covering or changing the filter for one that is water proof would be ideal to also add to your cart.Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the filter kit for my installation was of average difficultly due to the access required to remove the original air filter setup and also position and secure the silicone hose to the throttle body.Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great and similar to what Takegawa offer. You receive a high quality filter that can be cleaned and re-oiled for use over many years.About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I found the link supplied to track my order very useful while I was waiting for the order to land in the country.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I have no concerns or cautions when purchasing from Webike. I cannot recommend Webike enough for the majority of your biking needs. They not only sell aftermarket parts and bike gear but also OEM parts for your repairs and servicing needs.

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the UNI filter kit, the intake hose is made from a rubber material and the kit includes stainless steel band clamp to secure this and the sponge air filter together.About the feeling of use: Due to the compact nature of this air intake it is barely noticable when fitted and the open area created by removing the Honda air intake now gives the Monkey 125 more of a Z50 look.Products to buy together: An additional filter would also be desirable to purchase along side the UNI filter kit as is has nowhere to connect the crankcase breather hose, a filter with an 8mm mount is needed.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about three quarters of an hour. Most of that time is taken removing the Honda air intake, the compact air intake slips straight onto the throttle body and the intake air temperature sensor fits into the nipple and connects to the main wiring harness with the included extension harness. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting great quality items included in this kit for a very reasonable price as compared to the Brock’s ram air intake kit which is great quality also but at a much much higher price.About shipping and packaging: The faster shipping options are too expensive for myself so I just have to wait for my part to arrive via sea freight. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: When deciding on an air intake also take into consideration if you will install an oil cooler in the future as not all air intakes are compatible with all high mounted oil coolers due to the available space but the UNI filter kit and the Kitaco oil coolers are designed to work together.

what can i say value for money good quality and well made fits my monkey very well and does the job with no problems at all well packaged and freight was good will deal with webike again cheers Tony down under Australia
