It's tolerable.

When purchasing this product, I considered the following requirements:the ability to listen to voice calls and navigation etc. at the same time, a battery capacity sufficient for overnight touring, and a minimum large call distance of 1,00Meter or more. I considered the product based on the reviews of various people.
Finally, we compared the B+COM SB6X and BTX2PROS and purchased this one considering the price, because the SB6X was in short supply and we expected to use it less often for calls as Income.
The sound is not bad, and Bluetooth connection with smartphones and other devices works without any problems. Unfortunately, although I was able to hear the sound from here, the sound from the other party was so small that I could not hear it when I started running. As for the product that came to me, I actually had to contact LINKS to return and exchange the product because it had an initial defect where the Battery went up after a few days of charging.
I have not had a chance to make a call since then, so I have not been able to test it, but it may have been due to an initial defect.
Before introducing Income, I used to listen to navigation audio and music by connecting my Bluetooth Receiver to my helmet with my ear-mounted Headphones. I am not likely to have many opportunities to make calls, so I feel that the cost is a little high, but I am satisfied with the solution to my problem.
Note that this Income is said to break when it is hit by rain, so I will be careful.

I took the opportunity to replace the Helmet with a B+COM 4x Lite
