Excellent

Jan 5, 2022

I just bought another one!

I go to Toyama every February to buy trout sushi, so I bought some this year as well.
This is the third time.

I've already written my impressions, so please read my previous impressions for details.
Anyway, it is designed for Adventure type Large Engine Displacement Volume vehicles, so if you try to drive on snowy and icy roads with TDM900, Exactly!

There are other tires that are more on-road or more off-road, but if you want to get the perfect balance of 50:50 on and off road, this is the one for you!
The outstanding OnRod grip is thanks to the soft compound, which is not possible with OffRoad tires.
I think that's why it wears off so fast, but it's within the acceptable range.

However, the block pattern is quite authentic, so it grips well even on snowy roads.
at least You can run Off, too." It is definitely better than the slippery DualPurpose tire.

If your vehicle is designed to run off-road, you can wear them without any problem, but if you try to force them on an on-road motorcycle, the blocks that stick out more than the size description will hit you in various places, so be prepared.
I don't think there are many people like that, and even if there were, it wouldn't be a big deal.

Anyway, it's a big motorcycle and a pretty serious Dirt. And... If you plan to run, this is a super recommendation.
(I've never ridden on dirt in snow and ice, so I'm just guessing about dirt performance, but I'm sure it's large and durable.)

It might not be helpful for you to use it in that way that you don't want to be Brown.

I used it to drive the TDM900 on icy & snowy roads in the middle of winter.
Manufacturer's assumptions. "FlatDirt. Ya "Forest Road. Don't make it too Ate, as it's not for use in

First of all, there's something wrong with the Motorcycle you're wearing.
The TDM900 "Dirt can run a little bit of AdventureMotorcycle It is not true that the majority of people are aware of the fact that it is Large.
It's really just a pure road motorcycle with a little too much WheelTravel.
So it's not the kind of Character that would originally wear such a Tire.

But it's also Exactly Size, so wear them! That's why I wore them.

Since the size is correct, there is no problem at all to install on the Wheel.
However, if you use it for TDM, it will come in contact with the Rear Fender as much as possible.
The Block is popping up, so it's no surprise, but the SIDE of the Fender is very much a Hit.
(Fender removed.)
Also, I lowered the chain pull as much as possible to avoid contact with the front of the swing-room, but if the chain pull is forward, you'll need to add 2 more pieces.
If you add it, you might not be able to pull the Chain out of it, which is quite a Limit Balance.

If you can install it, there is no problem to drive it.
The block is far away from the center, and the ride quality is considerably decreasing, but there is nothing to worry about compared to the off car.

Grip is excellent on dry surfaces.
There is almost no temperature dependence, and there is no difference in Grip feeling between Minus 15° in Kiso and 10° in Tokyo.
There is no sign of slippage even when the SIDE Block is down until it hits the ground, and there is almost no gnarly feeling peculiar to the BLOCK tie ya.
I don't have the courage to open it up like the OnRoad tire, but at least if you ride it normally, there is no chance of it slipping.

You can proceed on the snow if you are careful.
It doesn't spin and get out of control like a road tire, and you can jiggle your way through it.
The degree is known, but there's a Large difference between advancing and not advancing, so OK!

It does not grip on the ice at all.
I mean, you can't go on the ice with a Motorcycle unless you have a SpikesTire.
Let's give it up.

On the ice where I hit and ran Spikes, I was pretty good there.
However, unlike regular vehicles that use SpikesTire (which are only allowed on public roads up to 125cc), the TDM is far heavier than most, so it doesn't stop when it starts sliding.
It's best to stop except on snowy roads.
I don't run on dirt, so I don't know how it performs.

Also, I don't think it's very durable.
I was expecting Michelin to have great air resistance, such as ROAD5, but after about 1,000km, the Michelin has worn down to about 7 parts mountain.
If you don't use it to the 0 part mountain, the life span might be less than 3000km.
