We were able to install it successfully with the help of the valuable information from our predecessors
Plus some of the things I've done in my own way
Once again, I will describe the installation
1. Prep
I'm going to install the RubberPad on STANDBody, but I'm not going to be able to use it
It's easier to pull on it from the other side than to push it in
When you do this, you can put some soapy water on the Rubber
Easier to fit
2, temporary group
Temporarily assemble the spring to the U-shaped bracket and STANDBody before assembly to the body of the car See
You'll find out when you do a temporary assembly
This Spring has its own orientation
On the other hand, if you start working with it attached, it will be difficult
Make sure you have an orientation that is easy to assemble
3、Body installation
First, hang the U-shaped bracket on the hook that extends from the car body
Grease the hooks
Then to the U-shaped bracket
Hang up Spring, paying attention to the direction you checked earlier
Again, I think it's a good idea to put some grease on the hooks of the Spring
4. Attaching the car body
First, let the STANDBody sneak into the body mountings
At this time, I applied grease to the joint between the shaft insertion point of STANDBody and the body of the car The
It will help you later on when working with heavy-duty jobs
Next, you hang the Spring on the U-shaped bracket and the Spring on the STANDBody
Again, it's a good idea to apply Grease to the area where Spring hangs
5、Body installation
We're finally going to get into the heavy lifting
The Shaft, which will be the fulcrum of the STAND before working, and
The plastic hammer, which is required for inserting the Shaft, is
Keep it within easy reach while working
At this time, the entire shaft should be coated with grease
6. Attachment of the body
This is where the heavy lifting begins
All work is done from the Left Side of the vehicle
First, hold the STAND's foot in your Right hand
Pull towards the rear of the vehicle to secure the Shaft insertion opening
In that case, push your Right leg from behind the Side Stand and use STAND as a repulsive force If you pull on it
I think it's relatively easy to secure the insertion point
You can insert the Shaft in that state, but
It's difficult to pull the STAND straight back
You will have to cogitate both STAND and SHAFT to some extent
7. Attachment of the body:Part 5
If we can get the Shaft inserted even a little bit
STAND continues to cozy up to the
It is inserted in the plastic hammer by lightly poking it in Small
At that time, the bolt holes for fixing the shaft are placed in
It is necessary to adjust both the body and shaft sides
If you successfully insert the Shaft, tighten the Bolt (10mm) and it is almost completed
8. Attachment of the body
The next step is to work from the Right Side of the vehicle
If the work so far has been successful, you can see the tip of the Shaft
Insert the washer through the tip of the washer and insert the split pin at the end
In the case of the split pin, due to the exhaust system being in the way and not being able to secure the working space, the engine is not able to be used
Pinch and bend
It's a difficult task to say
Use a handy slotted screwdriver to split the long end of the pin into two pieces
Push and bend
I think it's a good feeling
Then, apply some grease around the washer and split pin to prevent rust and it's done

Installed on a 2014 Honda CTX700. Bikes should come with centerstands from factory we all know this. Especially if they have the mounting points for them. Finding one for this bike was unusually difficult. Retailing at around $200 + shipping. This was a cheaper option at $150 with the chain stop shipped. Not to mention Honda built. Can't go wrong. Now brakes jobs and chain adjustments are a breeze. View Detail
Shouldn't all chain drive bikes have a center stand as stock? I think so, so I added one to my 03 Honda CTX, and I am very happy with it. I looked up some videos on Youtube to help with the process, and it all went well, although securing the spring was more difficult than I thought it would be. A ratchet strap did the job, but the spring is really tight. Overall, I appreciate Webike's price and shipping. I got the stand stopper as well, it's essential for my bike.View Detail

I was not sure at first of ordering from as far away as Japan, I am glad I did. The parts were exactly as listed and shipping was way faster than I expected. I installed this center stand in 1 hour with 4 hand tools in my driveway. I recommend highly. View Detail
