SUZUKI GSX750F

This was the screw for the GSX750Ffront reservoir. These are generally screws that if you do not have the right attachment that you can easily mess them up. This is the case here. The previous owner had used the wrong cross head bit and chewed up teh screw entirely. This meant I literally had to drill out the top of the screw to get it undone. I was also sorting out the diapgragm for this bike so it did need to come off. The correct screw was super easy to find as I already had the schematics from Yamaha and used the tools Webike provide anyway. The cost of the pair of screws was really good and with the rest of the parts I needed, I got them all shipped together. EMS is who I use these days as they just get the job done in great time. % days from shipping is when the order arrived. All the parts were very well packaged and the screws also came in a genuine Yamaha packet. They are really small but are very well machined. They have a black paint coating in the regualr satin finish. The threads are crisp and clean and free from flakes of metal. Another older bike for a bit of a service and to fix a few gaskets here and there. This one was the signal cover gasket which had seen better days. Nothing too serious but did need to be replaced for a new one. I found the right part by using the tools Webike provide on their help section and then for my own peace of mind, cross referencing with Suzuki schematics. I always have more than one part in my orders as this saves on shipping etc. use EMS as my go to courier as they just get your order to you fast. The order arrived in 5 days from shipping and everything in the box was as it should be with no damage or anything. The pads came in the sealed Honda packet so you can see they are perfect. The gasket was packaged really well and kept nice and flat during transit. The gasket is a well made part and I have never had any issues with Suzuki gaskets really. The only problem occurs due to age, nothing lasts forever. They fit perfect, no having to adjust to fit. Installed the new gasket really quickly and no issues throughout the rebuild. This was my first time purchasing and installing brake pads. The Red "AKA" Pad seems to be a good "moderate" choice. The price is average, and the quality seems high.The pads I replaced were the factory equipment, Tokico/Toyo pads. They were in use for over 40,000kms and the performance was lacking due to old age. In comparison, the stopping power of the Red Pad is better. While testing them, I was able to lift the rear wheel from the ground. The feeling is "linear," or a steady increase in force as the lever is squeezed. There is no sudden movement or unexpected jolts.Installation was simple, according to the official service manual. It is best to clean and maintain the caliper while replacing the pads. Also consider checking and bleeding the brake fluid at the same time.Shipping cost was reasonable, and the packing quality was high. Webike deliver well in this regard.Make sure to double-check the shape and number of pads your bike requires! For V-STROM 650 front brakes, I needed two seperate sets of pads. I recommend looking up a video of the replacement process beforehand.View Detail
